IT ALL STARTED WITH MY GRANDMA AND HER DIGITAL CAMERA.
She was my family's documentarian, taking snaps during every family gathering and prompting us by saying "silly pickles!" I now have that phrase as a tattoo.
I went on to learn the skill in my high school film photography class and found my favorite version of myself in spaces where creativity and a camera collide. That spark stayed with me through a decade-long career in the corporate marketing world, eventually leading me back to what matters most: the raw, unscripted magic of documenting real life.
Blue Iris Creative Co. was born to be my heart on a sleeve and a home for the belly laughs, happy tears, and genuine connection that makes your story uniquely yours.
